These terms govern your use of Noticky on iOS and macOS. Noticky is developed and sold by an independent developer. By purchasing or using Noticky, you agree to these terms.
Noticky for iOS includes free features and an optional one-time Noticky Pro purchase. The Noticky for macOS license is also a one-time purchase. Each purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for its platform, subject to the rules of the store or merchant that processed it. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees.
Noticky requires a compatible version of iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, or macOS shown on its product page. We do not guarantee compatibility with beta or pre-release operating-system versions.
Noticky Pro for iOS is a non-consumable In-App Purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. Its US storefront price is USD 4.99 at publication. The Noticky for macOS license is a separate USD 6.99 one-time purchase processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. iCloud sync does not transfer or cross-unlock either purchase. Family Sharing applies to the iOS purchase when enabled and made available by Apple. Prices may change for future purchases without affecting completed purchases.
Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests for iOS In-App Purchases under App Store rules. Lemon Squeezy handles billing and refund requests for the separate macOS license under its applicable terms. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at leonidas@tryhard.be and we will do our best to resolve it.
Your notes are yours. Noticky does not claim any ownership or rights over the content you create. Notes are stored locally on your devices and, if you enable iCloud Sync, in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to your notes at any time.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble Noticky. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app. You may not use Noticky in any way that violates applicable law.
We may release updates to Noticky to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. Updates are provided free of charge for the current major version. We reserve the right to charge for major version upgrades in the future, but existing versions will continue to work.
Noticky is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to build a reliable, high-quality app, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any data loss — please maintain your own backups.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the use of Noticky is limited to the amount you paid for the app. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of Noticky after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
