These terms govern your use of Noticky, a macOS application developed and sold by an independent developer. By purchasing or using Noticky, you agree to these terms.
When you purchase Noticky, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal Mac computers. This is a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or in-app purchases. You may install Noticky on multiple Macs you personally own.
Noticky requires macOS 15 Sequoia or later. The app is built with native macOS technologies (AppKit and SwiftUI) and is designed exclusively for Apple silicon and Intel Macs. We do not guarantee compatibility with beta or pre-release versions of macOS.
Noticky is sold through FastSpring, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. All purchases, billing, refunds, and tax collection are handled by FastSpring. By purchasing, you also agree to FastSpring's terms of service. The current price is $6 USD (one-time). Prices may change for future purchases but will not affect existing licenses.
We want you to be happy with Noticky. If you're not satisfied, contact us at hello@noticky.app within 30 days of purchase and we'll process a refund through FastSpring. No questions asked.
Your notes are yours. Noticky does not claim any ownership or rights over the content you create. Notes are stored locally on your Mac and, if you choose to enable iCloud Sync, in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to your notes at any time.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble Noticky. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app. You may not use Noticky in any way that violates applicable law.
We may release updates to Noticky to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. Updates are provided free of charge for the current major version. We reserve the right to charge for major version upgrades in the future, but existing versions will continue to work.
Noticky is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to build a reliable, high-quality app, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any data loss — please maintain your own backups.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the use of Noticky is limited to the amount you paid for the app ($6). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of Noticky after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
